🚫 No‑Refund Policy for AZ Lab Results

1. Purpose

AZ Lab Results provides private, accurate drug and DNA testing services delivered with convenience and confidentiality (azlabresults.com). To maintain quality and compliance, all sales are final—no refunds will be issued.

2. Scope of Services

This no‑refund policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to:

  • DNA Testing (paternity, sibling, grandparent, avuncular – legal & non‑legal)

  • Mobile Drug Testing (pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, ongoing programs) (azlabresults.com)

3. Confirmed Orders & Scheduling

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed:

  • Scheduling your appointment initiates processing.

  • Cancellation window: You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full credit toward another service (credit valid for 6 months).

  • Late cancellations (< 48 hours) and no-shows forfeit all funds—no refunds, no credits.

4. Result Delivery

  • All test results are delivered via secure, confidential channels.

  • If results are delayed due to laboratory issues, AZ Lab Results can not expedite processing or provide a credit toward future services—no refunds. A 3rd party does the lab results.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds shall not be issued, except in cases of:

  • Internal errors by AZ Lab Results that prevent service delivery (e.g. lab mislabeling or equipment failure).

  • If AZ Lab Results’ management team confirms an error, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

6. How to Request a Credit or Refund

    • Order number

    • Appointment details

    • Reason for cancellation/request

  • Credit requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Refund exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the event.

7. Policy Updates

AZ Lab Results reserves the right to update this policy. Revisions will take effect when published on our site. Orders placed after an update are governed by the new policy.
