Do I need a lab order for a blood draw?
Send the order ahead when a physician requested the labs, so the tubes match what the lab expects. Wellness draws are booked the same way: address, a time, and whether you need to fast.
Can I walk in?
No. Every service is by appointment only, including a visit to the south Phoenix office. Call or send a request and we confirm a time.
Do you come to my home?
Yes, by appointment, across the East Valley and the West Valley — including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, and the other cities listed on this site. The south Phoenix office is scheduled too.
Legal or non-legal paternity — which do I need?
Choose legal when a court, agency, or other official matter needs the result. Choose non-legal when you want a private answer and do not need that paperwork.
How do results come back?
DNA and drug specimens are sent to the laboratory, and the report goes to the authorized person. We confirm delivery when you book. Notary work is completed at the signing.
What should I have ready?
A photo ID. For legal DNA, everyone being collected should be there. For a blood draw, send the order ahead. For a notary, do not sign until we arrive.
